In the past few days, I have been thinking about who I want to work with for the next few years where there is high market potential. Let me share a few thoughts with you, and would love to hear your thoughts on the subject.

Presidents of countries, CEOs in their first 100 days
I just came out with a new book called Your First 100 Days in a New Executive Job—Powerful First Steps On The Path to Greatness. My research shows that, while what you do on your first 100 days won’t guarantee your success or failure, it will make a big difference. In my coaching in this area, I provide 10 key success principles—a critical path. I would like to work with Presidents of countries on this. Maybe a pipe dream…but why not? I would also like to work with top CEOs and any other leader who are in an interesting new job.

Rising Stars
I recently took stock of who the leaders were who I have been most successful with in coaching. It turns out that they are often talented, high potentials, with big personal and organization ambitions. Most organizations have a high potentials list, but either don’t do anything with it or turn it over to PHD’s who provide a list of homogenized corporate leadership competencies.
