About Dinner with Robert



I have a passion for coaching and my focus is helping executives master the leadership, business and career challenges in front of them. In the normal course of events I work with people in a one year program.

Many of my meetings take place in fine restaurants and last year I received several requests to coach people over the course of dinner. These 2-3 hour coaching sessions got some 4 star rave reviews and so I have decided to expand this activity as a way of making it a powerful coaching session that's easy to access and enjoyable to do.

Here is how it works

Step 1) INTRODUCTORY PHONE CALL

I have an introductory phone call with you to find out your career goals and aspirations, or to discuss any immediate problem that is on your mind.

Step 2) 360 FEEDBACK

Before the dinner I get some quick 360 feedback on you by calling 3 to 4 people in your organization, i.e., your boss, a peer, two direct reports.

Step 3) GET TO KNOW MORE

During dinner we discuss your goals, aspirations for the future, etc., then I give you feedback as to how you are actually showing up in your organization today.

Step 4) THE COACHING BEGINS

I coach you on identifying what’s missing that can make a difference, and help you design a path forward. I then do a follow up call where I ask: what happened, what’s missing, and what’s next?
