After coaching hundreds of executives and training coaches in my own company, JV partners, and clients to be Masterful Coaches, I have decided to offer a Certification Program.

In order to transfer my executive coaching methodology, I have distinguished 12 Catalytic Coaching Conversations that take place over a year’s time. This approach has been time-tested and unfailingly produces a breakthrough in business results as well as breakthroughs for people.

The program consists of 2 days with me to be introduced to the MC methodology. You enroll a coaching clients for the next year, and have monthly calls with me to prepare and debrief your coaching sessions. My intention is to make sure that you are successful in your coachings.

After six months, we gather feedback from your clients and, if you meet certain criteria, you gain the certification.
